For Partners
Worker Earnings & Markup
The partners on our platform (electricians, plumbers, etc.) set their own base price. We automatically add a 15% markup for the customer, allowing the worker to earn exactly what they requested. We never take a cut from their base earnings.
Partners pay a registration fee starting from ₹15 (varies according to your location and services) during onboarding for identity verification. After that, they earn their base price with a 15% markup added for customers.
For Customers
When a customer books a service, we add 18% GST on top of the base service cost at checkout.

How we got here
The Problem We Noticed
Local electricians, plumbers, and AC technicians in Raipur were losing 20–30% of every job to aggregator commissions, while customers paid high booking fees. We set out to design a direct, commission-free connection platform.
Building the Direct Model
We designed and coded the transparent 0% commission direct booking model. We built the prototype apps and personally met local service pros to understand their daily challenges.
Official Launch in Raipur
Karmanisht is officially live! We have launched in Raipur with our first 200+ Aadhaar-verified local electricians, plumbers, and AC technicians. Raipur households can now find and contact pros directly.
Expanding Across Chhattisgarh
Next, we plan to expand our local verification services to Bhilai, Durg, and Bilaspur, adding more home care categories like carpentry, painting, and waterproofing to make direct connections the norm.
